Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund & Return Policy (Online Orders Only)

At Olive Tree Marketplace, we want you to be delighted with your online purchase. This policy applies only to orders placed through our website (olivetreemarkets.com).

All in-store purchases are subject to our in-store policy and are not eligible for return or refund through this process.


1. Online Order Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your online order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and materials.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Certain products — such as custom items, furniture, or clearance merchandise — are not eligible for online returns (see Section 6).


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@olivetreemarkets.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your return using a trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

  • Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or denied.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.

  • To receive a different size or product, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund once approved.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from an online order, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded for online purchases:

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Furniture and oversized items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery)


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


8. In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in person at Olive Tree Marketplace are final sale, and do not qualify for returns or refunds under this policy.
